Hence , accurate cutting is obtained in consistency , even if the machine speed up and down during cutting works. Special design knives tips with their precise alternative angle meet together under synchronize control to come out best result . So , good appearance of non-hairy edges of sheets are being produced regularly. For substain a good tension control on paper web during cutting work . The machine is employed Italy Renova brake device configure with multi-disc and pads , good performance of heat disspation and balance brake force. All in time control by perfect roll diameter reference program which programs in central processor . Safety light curtain , protective cover and door guard are equipped all over the machine for operating in safe.

2.The steel knife is designed and produced in Taiwan. This knife is special designed for our machines and enquiries of our customers. Therefore this blade has high precision, great accuracy and wonderful performance.
3. To have fine edges (no hairy edges) on papers between 128-1000gsm. We have manufactured this Duplex Rotary Sheeter for the market.
4. For better accuracy and increased paper cut result. The RENOVA brakes from Italy are featured with multi disc and pads on the sheeter.
